ABAE Hotel by Eskape Collection

The location in the residential part of South Beach was great as all the good stuff about the area is not far (if you are in a position to walk a fair bit) but you're away from all the noise and crowds. Plus there are nearby services targeted at residents and not just tourists. As other reviewers have noted, the coffee shop 'Cafe Umbria', 2 blocks away, is a lovely way to start the day. The nearby Whole Foods is convenient. Flamingo Park is nice to walk through on the way to the beach area, and it felt safe to do so. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet -- did not hear other guests. Overall, the room was great value compared to the pricing of other hotels. Plus the hallways and front desk smelled good:) Would stay there again.

Nice quiet hotel apart. I made last minute booking as my plans was changed and was very pleased with my choice. All what I wanted was there - quiet small 1 bedroom, little kitchenette, bed was comfortable as I prefer firm mattress. Had good sleep. I am very picky re cleanliness but all was very clean and smell good. Cleaning service and towels change provided every day, good new white towels and complimentary 2 big bottles of water. Great location in quite residential area close to the Bay where can watch amazing sunset Everything is close by walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I do recommend this place.

I liked that the property was on a quiet street and the staff were very helpful. The hotel was nicely updated. The balcony was wonderful even with no view.

Personally, I think this is a better place for a single traveler. A queen size bed is just less comfortable for two sleepers. The location is amazing and the staff IS very friendly. There are some parking spots that are FREE (if you find one) that are of great value. It’s like a micro apartment with additional amenities at a descendant price. The AC works VERY well and is super quiet. WiFi is reliable and pretty fast.

The perfect location i Miami, if you want a peaceful stay. Perfect for walking and enjoying the near by coffee shops and restaurants. Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive in only a 10 minute walk from here, and it's a lovely walk. The WholeFoods grocery store is just around the corner, so perfect for having a nice family dinner in the beautiful room. I also loved that the sofa pulled out into a lovely bed, which the kids slept very well on. They have spare sheets for this! I will be staying here again in May. Thank you!
